This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no audience analytics. The only data we collect is what you send us through the contact form.

What we collect and why
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your message and the IP address of the connection. We use them only to reply to you and to block abusive submissions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the requests you send us.
How long we keep it
The message stored by the site is deleted automatically after three years. The copy in our mailbox is kept for the same period at most.
Processors
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, stores the messages and delivers them by email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sends the form; it is not used for ad tracking. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Our mailbox is hosted by Proton AG in Switzerland.
Cookies
We set no analytics or advertising cookies. This is why the site shows no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to its processing. Write to hello@progfactory.com; we reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
